Refund policy

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, here is how we handle it.

Returns: Unused, unwashed items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Exchanges: We are happy to exchange sizing on apparel items within 30 days.

Final sale: Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@siempresummer.shop within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We will make it right.

How to start a return: Email hello@siempresummer.shop with your order number and reason. We will send return instructions within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.

Handmade items have natural variations in color and texture. These are not defects.
